Once your plans are set, we help with the practical side of your trip. We assist with planning your itinerary and offer suggestions for hotels and transport, so your short stay runs smoothly.

We support you in person on the day. Our local companion helps with language, guides you through the process at the facility, and helps you understand each step as you go.

  • Full refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before the service starts.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 3–7 days before the service starts.
  • No refund once the service has started.
  • Rescheduling is possible for visa issues or force majeure.
